Terms of use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zocery mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Hamzah Qureshi (“we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and you must provide an email address that belongs to you and that you can access.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password and the sign-in codes we email you confidential.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
- You may use the Service for your own household and the people you choose to share with.
- You must not use the Service to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to access other people’s accounts, or to overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service.
- You may scan receipts and share lists only where you are entitled to do so.
Your content
You retain ownership of the lists, items, receipts and other content you add to the Service. You permit us to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you and to the people you share it with, as described in our privacy policy.
When you share a list, the people you invite can view it and, depending on the role you assign them, edit it. You are responsible for choosing whom you share with.
Receipt reading, prices and suggestions
Receipts are read automatically, and the results may contain errors. You should check the items and prices before saving a receipt. Spending figures, price changes and suggested lists are provided for convenience, are based on the information you enter, may be incomplete, and do not constitute financial advice.
Receipt scanning is subject to daily and monthly limits. You can always enter a receipt manually.
Communications
We send sign-in codes, invitations, security notices and data download links by email, and notifications and reminders to your device if you allow them. You can turn notifications off in Settings.
Availability of the Service
We aim to keep Zocery available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and a means for you to obtain a copy of your data.
Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings; our account deletion page explains what is removed. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or harms others, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us from doing so.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamzah Qureshi is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. By continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our privacy policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
